Where it falls in the year: last week of December.
The New Year Bazaar is held in the last week of December and is for charity. It is organised by the Tourist Organisation of Vlasotince, for which it was the first event.
In January, on the same square in front of the municipal building, the Cultural Centre holds the celebration of the Orthodox New Year, and the passage from the old year to the new is marked with fireworks.
The first organised New Year celebration in Vlasotince was held by the singing society “Njegoš” in 1924.

The tenth, jubilee bazaar, on Monday and Tuesday, 23 and 24 December, from 12 to 18 h.

The eleventh time, on Thursday and Friday, 25 and 26 December, from 12 to 17 h, on the square and in the park in front of the municipal building.
